Google Launches Gemini 4 Argon for Enterprise Developers and Researchers

Google DeepMind releases its latest frontier model targeting complex coding, cybersecurity, and scientific workloads.

Google DeepMind made Gemini 4 Argon globally available on October 13, 2026, via the Gemini API, AI Studio, and the Gemini app for Ultra and Pro subscribers. According to Google, the model ranks first on the Vals Index, which benchmarks performance across finance, coding, legal, and tax domains. Pricing starts at $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens. Google claims internal use accelerated agentic code submissions by more than 35% while reducing rollbacks by nearly a third. The model supports a 1 million unified input-output token limit. Cybersecurity partner Wiz reports using Argon to identify vulnerabilities in government and healthcare infrastructure.
