Salesforce Launches Koa CRM Reasoning Model Built on NVIDIA Nemotron

Salesforce announced Koa at Dreamforce on September 15, 2026, alongside NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang. The model was built by post-training NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super on a proprietary synthetic dataset drawn from nearly three decades of enterprise CRM data.
