AWS announced that Amazon S3, including S3 Tables and S3 Vectors, is now available through the Vercel Marketplace and v0 by Vercel. The integration covers three workloads: general object storage, Apache Iceberg-based analytics, and vector storage for AI applications such as RAG and semantic search. Authentication uses short-lived OIDC tokens via AWS STS, with no static credentials stored. The integration joins existing Vercel connectors for Aurora, DynamoDB, and OpenSearch Serverless. AWS claims S3 Vectors reduces vector storage and query costs by up to 90%. Standard S3 pricing applies; new AWS accounts created through Vercel receive $100 in credits.
