NVIDIA Launches DSX Ready to Qualify AI Factory Power and Cooling Products

New partner qualification program targets battery storage and liquid cooling for AI infrastructure.

NVIDIA announced DSX Ready, a qualification program for partner products meeting its DSX AI factory reference design requirements. The program launches with two categories: battery energy storage systems (BESS) and cooling distribution units (CDUs). Initial qualified BESS partners include Hitachi Energy, LG Energy Solution and Tesla; qualified CDU partners include LG Electronics, LiquidStack and Vertiv. NVIDIA says the program gives builders a defined qualification signal and gives partners a structured path to demonstrate compliance. Additional infrastructure and software categories are planned. NVIDIA notes that passing qualification does not replace site-level engineering.
