NVIDIA Expands AI Cloud Infrastructure Across Europe With New Partner Deployments

NVIDIA and regional cloud partners are scaling compute, open models, and agent security controls across Europe.

NVIDIA announced October 21, 2026, that cloud partners across Europe, the Nordics, Africa, and Central Asia are expanding AI infrastructure built on its full-stack DSX platform. Nscale reported that NVIDIA DSX MaxLPS testing achieved 37% more active GPUs and nearly 50% higher inference throughput within the same power budget. Mistral said its Large 4 model trained on 3,800 Grace Blackwell GPUs in European data centers. Baseten and CodeRabbit reported routing accuracy improving from 75.8% to 80.7% using fine-tuned Nemotron models, with claimed inference cost reductions of 50%. NVIDIA also introduced the OpenShell Reference Architecture, designed to enforce access boundaries for deployed AI agents using BlueField-4 DPUs and Vera CPUs.
